Range Blinds Ltd: Returns Policy
Our team at Range Blinds Ltd are so confident that you will love your window blind that if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your item to us and we will issue you with a full refund (minus the postage costs). Please Note: This does not include any made to measure or bespoke blinds.
If you are unhappy please make sure that you return the item within 30 dys of the purchase date. The blind must be returned unused and in the original packaging. When the item has been received and checked over we can then authorise a refund to you.
Returned blinds should be posted back to us or sent by carrier. We can arrange collection of your item if you wish and can send one of our carriers. Should you take this option there will be a charge of £19.99 per parcel. This is the price we are charged by the carriers.
Returns Procedure; Should you wish to return your goods for a refund please follow the below steps;
- Please write your order number clearly on the packaging
- Items must be returned in suitable packaging to avoid damage whilst in transit
